    以张靖皋长江大桥北航道桥南锚碇项目为例,开展了双轮铣深搅(CSM)工法与传统的三轴搅拌桩等技术的比选,并在锚碇现场进行试桩试验,分析了CSM工法搅拌桩在深厚软土覆盖层中的成桩效果,归纳总结搅拌桩施工过程中常见质量通病原因和预防措施。

    Abstract:

    The CSM construction method is milling and mixing to complete the wall. The milling head jets the cement grout in the milling submerging and lifting processes. The soil body is cut and the cement grout is evenly mixed. The quality of the completed wall is good. The CSM construction method is used to reinforce the groove wall of underground diaphragm wall, which replaces the traditional reinforcing methods such as three-axis mixing pile and the others, and can shorten the construction period and improve the construction quality of underground diaphragm wall. Taking the South Anchorage Project of the North Channel Bridge of the Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge as an example, a comparison is conducted between CSM construction method and the traditional three-axis mixing pile technology. The pile tests are conducted at the anchorage site to analyze the pile forming effect of mixing pile by CSM construction method in deep soft soil covering layer. The common quality problems and preventive measures during the construction process of the mixing pile are summarized.
