    摘要:

    日照市主城区滨海而建,地貌属鲁东丘陵区,地势西北高、东南低,河流呈树枝状分布,由北向南汇入傅疃河后入海。近年来,日照市主城区遭受洪涝灾害呈现出暴潮洪耦合作用下的城市内涝特征。利用当地34 a间的实测降雨资料,采用瞬时单位线法与水文模型法开展了对滨海丘陵城市暴潮洪耦合水文特性的研究,以指导当地河道防洪工程建设。

    Abstract:

    The main urban area of Rizhao City is built along the coast. It belongs to the hilly area of eastern Shandong. The terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast. Rivers are distributed in a dendritic pattern, and flow from north to south into Futuan River and then enter the sea. In recent years, the flood disaster in the main urban area of Rizhao City shows the characteristics of urban waterlogging under the coupling of rainstorm, tide and flood. Based on 34 a of local measured rainfall data, the instantaneous unit hydrograph method and hydrological model method are used to study the coupling hydrological characteristics of rainstorm, tide and flood in this hilly coastal city, which can be used to guide the construction of local river flood control projects.
