随着社会市场经济的发展，市政桥梁工程也有了很大的发展。由于桥梁工程的结构形式多样，现场地形复杂，桥型复杂，导致桥梁预算编制在某些方面上难度较大，在预算编制工程中由于施工图认识不清、施工方案不合理，导致工程量计算不准确，定额套用不合理，还导致预算编制的准确性较低。这就给工程造价控制、施工成本带来了很大的偏差，进而影响到整个施工过程。以某地高墩钢箱梁天桥预算编制为案例，根据施工工序、施工方案和工程量计算、预算编制要点及难点等几点进行造价分析，以作为互相学习及交流的经验。

Abstract:

With the development of the social market economy, the municipal bridge engineering has also made great progress. Due to the diverse structural forms of bridge engineering, complex terrain on site, and complex bridge types, the bridge budget preparation is difficult in some aspects. In budget preparation engineering, due to unclear understanding of construction drawings and unreasonable construction schemes, the calculation of engineering quantities is inaccurate, and the application of quotas is unreasonable, which result in low accuracy of budget preparation. This has brought about significant deviations in engineering cost control and construction costs, which affects the entire construction process. Taking the budgeting of a high-pier steel box girder overpass in an area as a case, the cost analysis is carried out according to construction procedures, construction schemes, quantity calculations, and key points and difficulties in budgeting. The experience can be used for mutual learning and exchange.
