    冷拌冷铺乳化沥青混合料采用改性乳化沥青作为结合料,拌和与摊铺施工无需加热,具有节能环保、减少废气排放和环境污染、降低施工成本的优点,但实体工程案例较少。以中石油自研的“冷拌冷铺专用改性乳化沥青”为胶结料,选用密级配AC13的级配,通过室内试验,确定了沥青混合料的最佳用水量、最佳油石比和最大可操作时间,并应用在了市政道路的下面层中。结果表明,冷拌冷铺AC混合料具有良好的路用性能,生产和施工方便,相较于传统的沥青混合料施工不需要增加额外的大型设备,且施工成本降低约7%,具有一定的市场推广前景。

    Abstract:

    The cold-mixed cold-paved emulsified asphalt mixture is used of modified emulsified asphalt as the binder. The mixing and paving constructions are not to heat, and have the advantages of saving energy and protecting environment, reducing exhaust emissions and environmental pollution, and reducing construction costs. But there is little practical engineering case. By using the "cold-mixed cold-paved special modified emulsified asphalt" developed by PetroChina as the binder and selecting the dense graded AC13, the optimal water consumption, the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio and the maximum operable time of asphalt mixture are determined through the laboratory tests, and are applied on the underside of municipal road. The result shows that the cold-mixed cold-paved AC mixture has the good pavement performances. And its production and construction are convenient. Compared with the traditional asphalt mixture construction, there is no need to add the additional large equipment, and the construction cost can be reduced by about 7%, which has a certain market promotion prospect.
