    摘要:

    近年来,随着钢结构桥梁的大力推广,钢桁架桥梁在行业内得到了建设单位和设计单位的青睐。以苏州市吴江区江陵大桥120 m变高简支钢桁架桥梁为例,介绍该桥的设计方案(包括主桁高度、节间距、杆件尺寸)和施工方案(浮运拖拉施工),通过MIDAS Civil软件计算分析,验证结构设计安全,尺寸参数合理。结果表明:钢桁架杆件的强度、总体稳定满足规范要求,钢桁架的桥面系、刚度满足规范要求;钢桁架预拱度设置满足线形要求;钢桁架施工方案合理、可行。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, with the vigorous promotion of steel structure bridges, the steel truss bridges have been favored by the construction units and design units in the industry. Taking the 120 m variable-height simple-supported steel truss bridge of Jiangning Bridge in Wujiang District of Suzhou as an example, the design scheme (including main girder height, segment spacing and rod size) and the construction scheme (floating and dragging construction) of the bridge are introduced. The Midas Civil software is used for calculation and analysis to verify the structural design safety and the reasonable size parameters. The results show that the strength and overall stability of the steel truss members meet the code requirements, and the deck system and stiffness of the steel truss meet the code requirements. The pre-camber of the steel truss meets the requirements of the line type. The construction scheme of steel truss is reasonable and feasible.
