Abstract:Shanghai Qingpu Huawei No.1 Bridge is a half-through arch beam composite system with both sides of the arch ribs tilting inward at an angle of 74°. The arch ribs are consolidated with the beam body. Its span layout is (47.343+90+41.934) m. The arch axis rise is f = 24.9 m. The vector span ratio is f / l = 1/3.61. The two sides of the suspension cable are aligned with the inclined arch ribs, and a total of 9 sets of cables are set. The spacing on the cable beam is 6 m. There is no separate abutment of the bridge. Both sides of the beam are erected on the building structures. The arch ribs of the bridge are steel arches, and the beam body is a steel box beam. The combination of beams and arches is used. The substructure is a pile foundation of base slab. The design BIM technology is used to assist the forward design, and ensure the rationality of structural design. MIDAS Civil is used for structural performance analysis. The settlement shows that the mechanical performance of the bridge meets the requirements of the specifications. The overall construction scheme of first beam and then arch is adopted for this bridge.
