    摘要:

    珠海平沙南水片区依山面海,北部紧邻孖髻山,南部为丘陵、台地地貌类型,土地广阔,水系发达。既有流域洪水,也有内涝问题,又受风暴潮侵袭“洪”、“涝”、“潮”问题交织。针对外部洪潮问题,外部海堤体系提升已在实施过程中;针对内部除涝问题,构建“分区防守、蓄排自如”除涝体系。该文结合片区地形地貌、河流水系和洪涝潮特点采取洪涝潮共治,挡、蓄(滞)、排兼施,防控并举的洪涝潮安全保障措施。通过内部河道、生态滞蓄、外排一级泵站,合理协调蓄、排关系,保障片区安全。为珠海及其他滨海地区提供了有益参考。

    Abstract:

    The Pingsha-Nanshui Area of Zhuhai City is surrounded by mountains and facing the sea. In the north, it is close to Margi Mountain. In the south, it is hilly and platform landform type with vast land and developed water system. There are the basin flooding and waterlogging problems, and also the interwoven problem of storm surge invasion "flood", "waterlogging" and "tide". Aiming at the problem of external flood tide, the upgrading of external seawall system has been in the process of implementation. In view of the internal waterlogging control problem, the "zoning defense, storage and drainage" waterlogging control system is constructed. Combined with the features of landform, river system and flood waterlogging tide, the safety precautions such as the joint control of flood, waterlogging and tide, the implementation of retaining, storage and drainage together, and the prevention and control of flood, waterlogging and tide are taken. Through the internal river, ecological storage, external discharge Class I pumping station, the storage and discharge relationship is reasonably coordinated to ensure the safety of the area, which provides a useful reference for Zhuhai and the other coastal areas.
