    摘要:

    中导管是管道非开挖修复施工中一种常用的临时导流设施。其以管节形式在待修复管道中逐节敷设,然后对两端进行封堵截流,将管道内的水流导流其中,创造管道内干仓环境,为管道修复提供条件。然而,由于中导管管节重、管道内空间狭窄及环境复杂,中导管的施工难度极大。为解决这一问题,设计并使用了一套新型设备,包括运输浮箱和固定式杠杆吊架。这套新型设备成功解决了中导管在管道内运输和拼接方面的施工难题,显著提高了施工效率,并带来了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

    Abstract:

    The central conduit is a commonly used temporary diversion facility in trenchless repair construction of pipeline. The pipe segment is used to lay within the pipeline to be repaired by segments, and then its two ends are sealed for interception, which makes the water within the pipeline flow into it, creating a dry environment inside the pipeline and providing the conditions for pipeline repair. However, due to the heavy weight of the central conduit segment, narrow space and complex environment inside the pipeline, the construction of the central conduit is extremely difficult. To solve this problem, a set of new equipment has been designed and used, including transport buoyancy tank and fixed lever hanger. This new equipment successfully solves the construction problems in the transportation and splicing of the central conduit within the pipeline, significantly improving the construction efficiency and bringing the noticeable economic and social benefits.
