Abstract:The construction of sewage network and drainage facilities has been carried out continuously in a district of Shanghai for many years, but there has not been a systematic, targeted and objective evaluation study on the drainage network system and supporting facilities. By establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system for the operation efficiency of the sewage pipe network system, the problems of the sewage system are analyzed, including the mixed connection of rainwater and sewage, and the intrusion of external water, etc., so as to provide a basis for the formulation of a reasonable facility efficiency improvement engineering scheme and subsequent control. The evaluation results show that there are many problems in the connection of municipal sewage system in a district of Shanghai. The operation efficiency of drainage facilities is low. The pipe network continues to operate at a high water level. And the intrusion of external water is serious. Combined with the evaluation results, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward, such as retesting of pipe network, repairing defect, etc.
