城市污水系统运行效能评估 ——以上海市某区为例

Evaluation on Operation Efficiency of Municipal Sewage System in Shanghai

摘要:

上海市某区城区多年来持续进行污水管网及排水设施建设，但尚未对排水管网系统及配套设施进行过系统性、针对性且较为客观的评估研究。通过建立污水管网系统运行效能综合评估指标体系，开展污水系统问题分析，其中包括雨污混接、外水入侵等，为制定合理的设施提效工程方案、后续管控提供依据。评估结果表明：上海市某区城区污水系统连接问题多，排水设施运行效能低，管网持续处于高水位运行状态，外来水入侵较严重。结合评估结果提出了管网补测、缺陷修复等相应的改进措施。

Abstract:

The construction of sewage network and drainage facilities has been carried out continuously in a district of Shanghai for many years, but there has not been a systematic, targeted and objective evaluation study on the drainage network system and supporting facilities. By establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system for the operation efficiency of the sewage pipe network system, the problems of the sewage system are analyzed, including the mixed connection of rainwater and sewage, and the intrusion of external water, etc., so as to provide a basis for the formulation of a reasonable facility efficiency improvement engineering scheme and subsequent control. The evaluation results show that there are many problems in the connection of municipal sewage system in a district of Shanghai. The operation efficiency of drainage facilities is low. The pipe network continues to operate at a high water level. And the intrusion of external water is serious. Combined with the evaluation results, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward, such as retesting of pipe network, repairing defect, etc.
