Abstract:Taking Fuhai Road Interchange in Dongguan as an example, the selection of interchange scheme for urban road T-intersection is specially studied. The enumeration method is used to compare and select the optimal interchange scheme by comprehensively analyzing the project overview, functional orientation and also combined with the actual traffic flow data and the surrounding land restriction. The study shows that when the requirements for line type index are high and the land use and sea use are limited, the B-type horn interchange is recommended. When the widening bridge is not limited, considering the horizontal and vertical indicators and land and sea use, the A-type horn interchange can be selected. When the land is unlimited, the pear-shaped interchange with the best horizontal and vertical indicators can be selected. When the main line is provided with the separated main roads and auxiliary roads, the semi-alfalfa-leaf interchange can be selected. When the land is very limited, the interchange line type and horizontal and vertical indicators can be locally sacrificed, and the scheme of limiting the speed can be adopted, the roundabout-type interchange can be selected. The study results can provide the reference and experience for the design of similar urban interchanges.
