    上海机场联络线浦东机场站位于浦东机场T1和T2航站楼之间,机场主干道迎宾大道正下方,项目地处机场交通枢纽核心区域,周边环境保护要求高,管线复杂,且施工期间机场不停航,对项目施工提出非常高的要求,施工难度极大。车站主体基坑围护结构采用超深地下连续墙形式。运用基坑支护设计模型模拟计算,参照相关技术规范,通过理论分析,并结合浦东机场站工程实践,研究地下连续墙设计和施工关键技术的应用,为同类工程的设计施工与应用提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Pudong Airport Station in the contact line of Shanghai Airport is located between Terminal T1 and T2 of Pudong Airport, and located directly below the trunk road - Yingbin Avenue of the airport. The project is at the core area of the airport traffic junction, where the surrounding environmental protection requirements are high, the pipeline is complex, and the airport will not be closed during the construction. The construction of the project puts forward very high requirements, and the construction is extremely difficult. The type of ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall is used for the main foundation pit enclosure structure of the airport. The supporting design model of foundation pit is used for the simulation and calculation. Referring the relevant technical specifications, through the theoretical analysis and combined with the engineering practice of Pudong Airport, the application of key design and construction technologies of underground diaphragm wall is studied, which can be referred for the design and construction of the similar projects and its application.
