    摘要:

    影响顶管顶力的主要影响因素是土的性质、管道弯曲大小、注浆润滑、上覆土厚度及施工技术水平高低。目前对于圆形顶管的顶力计算做了很多的简化和假设,不考虑上覆土的力学性质及厚度,对于上覆土为软土层,顶管基底为较硬土层的情况,经验的计算公式与实测值有较大的出入。针对目前经验公式的不足,通过一定量的实测摩阻力数据采用神经网络反演管-土间的平均摩阻力,再利用推导的考虑土拱效应顶力计算公式预测顶力。为施工中合理安排后续工作,控制减少理论顶力计算与实际的顶力的误差方面具有重要的意义。

    Abstract:

    The main factor influencing the jacking force of pipe jacking are the nature of the soil, the size of the pipeline bending, the grouting lubrication, the thickness of the overlying soil, and the level of construction technology. At present, many simplifications and assumptions have been made for the calculation of jacking force of circular pipe jacking without considering the mechanical properties and thickness of the overlying soil. For the overlying soft as the soft soil layer and the base of pipe jacking as harder soil layer, there is a significant deviation between the empirical calculation formula and the measured value. Aiming at the shortcomings of the current empirical formula, a neural network is used to invert the average frictional resistance between the pipe and soil through a certain amount of measured frictional resistance data, and then the derived jacking force calculation formula considering soil arching effect is used to predict the jacking force, which is of great significance to reasonably arrange the subsequent work during construction, and control and reduce the calculation errors between the theoretical and actual jacking forces.
