    摘要:

    钢板组合梁因具有构造简单、施工方便、结构轻巧的特点,在国内高速公路桥梁上的应用越来越广泛,一方面能够很好地适应工业化建造的要求并能满足桥梁的受力要求,另一方面钢板组合梁也具有良好的经济性。然而,在桥面板施工期及运营期的裂缝问题是制约钢板组合梁发展和运用的关键。以杭绍甬高速公路杭绍段为研究背景,对钢板组合梁的使用情况、设计参数进行了介绍,并分析了混凝土桥面板中支点处裂缝、现浇湿接缝施工期收缩裂缝产生的原因及控制措施,最后给出了基于标准化设计的混凝土桥面板设计方案。

    Abstract:

    The steel plate composite beam has been used more and more widely in the expressway bridges in China because of its simple structure, convenient construction and lightweight structure, which can well adapt to the industrial construction requirements, meet the bridge stress requirements, and has the good economy. However, the crack problem during the construction and operation of bridge decks is the key to restrict the development and application of steel plate composite beams. Taking the Hangzhou-Shaoxin Section of the Hangzhou-Shaoxin-Ningbo Expressway as the research background, the using conditions and design parameters of steel plate composite beam are introduced. The causes of cracks at the central bearing point of concrete bridge deck and the shrinkage cracks in the cast-in-place wet joint during construction are analyzed, and the control measures are given. Finally, the design scheme of concrete bridge deck based on the standardized design is provided.
