Abstract:The steel plate composite beam has been used more and more widely in the expressway bridges in China because of its simple structure, convenient construction and lightweight structure, which can well adapt to the industrial construction requirements, meet the bridge stress requirements, and has the good economy. However, the crack problem during the construction and operation of bridge decks is the key to restrict the development and application of steel plate composite beams. Taking the Hangzhou-Shaoxin Section of the Hangzhou-Shaoxin-Ningbo Expressway as the research background, the using conditions and design parameters of steel plate composite beam are introduced. The causes of cracks at the central bearing point of concrete bridge deck and the shrinkage cracks in the cast-in-place wet joint during construction are analyzed, and the control measures are given. Finally, the design scheme of concrete bridge deck based on the standardized design is provided.
