    自2018年以来,淄博市极端降雨天气频发,降雨量及降雨强度明显增大,洪涝风险增加,东部城区洪涝积水问题尤为严重。简要描述了淄博东部城区排涝工程设计方案,采取源头渗蓄、中段快排、末端贯通的思路,在区域现有防洪排涝体系的基础上,以排洪沟建设为重点,通过新建排洪沟、现状渠道清淤、源头调蓄等多种措施,提高区域排水系统的防洪排涝能力,解决淄博东部城区雨季洪涝积水问题,改善区域人居环境。

    Abstract:

    Since 2018, the extreme rainfall has occurred frequently in Zibo City, and the rainfall and rainfall intensity have increased significantly, increasing the risk of flooding and aterlogging, especially in the eastern urban area. The design scheme of the drainage engineering in the eastern urban area of Zibo is briefly described. The scheme is to adopt the idea of seepage and storage at the source, rapid drainage in the middle section, and connection at the end. Based on the existing flood control and drainage system in the region, the construction of flood discharge ditches is the focus, and various measures such as new flood discharge ditches, current channel dredging, source regulation and storage are taken to improve the flood control and drainage capacity of the regional drainage system, solve the problem of flood and waterlogging in the rainy season in the eastern urban area of Zibo, and improve the regional living environment.
