    本文针对白龙港南线输送干线SST1.2标过江段顶管方案调整后(从浦西向浦东顶进),管道顶进到567.5m时,在第20节与第21节管缝(距离机头50m,距离W1#工作井517.5m)处发生漏水、漏砂现象,导致该段顶管无法继续顶进,针对出现的问题,提出采用气压法施工工艺对渗漏管道透水点进行处理,在气压状态下对管道进行检查修复作业,文章分析了管道施工的重难点,重点阐述了管道修复施工技术措施和手段,为同类工程提供了宝贵的经验。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the phenomenon of water leak and sand leak at the pipe seams of Segment No.20 and No. 21 (50 m from the head and 517.5 m from the W1# working shaft) of the south conveyance trunk in Bailonggang after the jacking pipe scheme of the crossing-river section in SST1.2 Bid is adjusted and when the pipeline is jacked to 567.5 m, this segment of jacking pipe is hard to jack continuously. Due to these problems, the construction technology of air pressure method is used to treat the permeable points of the leaked pipes. The pipelines are checked and repaired under pressure. The important and difficult points of pipeline construction are analyzed, and the technical measures and means of pipeline repair construction are expounded.
