    摘要:

    富春江特大桥主桥为Y形墩连续刚构箱梁桥,采用节段预制悬臂拼装施工,跨径布置为(85+2×151+85)m。以该桥为工程实例,针对大跨径节段预制拼装箱梁桥的特点,重点对节段划分、接缝形式、剪力键构造、临时锚固构造、临时预应力构造、体外预应力体系等设计要点进行了介绍,同时对锚固区及转向块等关键受力部位进行了专项验算,最后对节段梁短线法预制、梁段吊装及调位、涂胶及临时预应力等关键施工技术进行了阐述,相关做法可为同类桥型的设计与施工提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The main bridge of the Fuchun River Bridge is a Y-pier continuous rigid frame box girder bridge, and is constructed with the precast segmental cantilever assembly. Its span layout is(85+2×151+85) m. Taking this bridge as an engineering case, according to the characteristics of the long-span segmental prefabricated box girder bridge, the design essentials of segment division, joint form, shear key structure, temporary anchoring structure, temporary prestressing structure and external prestressing system are emphatically introduced. At the same time, the key stress positions of anchoring zone and turning block are specially checked and calculated. At last, the key construction techniques in the short-line prefabrication of segmental girder, the hoisting and aligning of girder segment, the gumming and the temporary prestressing are set forth. The related construction methods can be referred for the design and construction of the similar bridges.
