    摘要:

    上海地属滨江临海,地势低平,防汛墙作为抵御洪水的第一道防线,是确保人民生命财产安全的首要屏障,关乎长远利益。如若防汛墙出现险情,将会产生严重后果。近年来,本市在河道及堤防管理范围外的施工项目越来越多,基坑开挖施工对临近防汛墙造成的安全隐患问题逐步凸显。据查,针对黄浦江市区防汛墙保护范围内的基坑开挖施工具有明确管理规定,但缺少对防汛墙保护范围外的相关规定,这导致此类安全隐患无法提前预防,亟需开展系统研究以提供管理依据和技术支撑。通过对理论分析方法的比选,最终确定使用有限元分析作为理论基础与分析方法,通过回归分析等数据分析方法总结结果规律,最终分析基坑施工对防汛墙影响规律,供堤防管理使用。

    Abstract:

    Shanghai is a riverside city with low and flat terrain. As the first line of defense against floods, the flood control wall is the primary barrier to ensure the safety of people's lives and property, which relates to the long-term interests. If the flood control wall is in danger, the serious consequences will be caused. In recent years, there have been more and more construction projects outside the scope of river and dike management in this city. The hidden safety problems caused by the excavation of foundation pit to the adjacent flood control wall are gradually prominent. According to the investigation, there are clear management regulations for the excavation of foundation pit within the protection scope of the flood control wall in Huangpu River urban area, but there is a lack of regulation outside the protection of the flood wall. As a result, such security risks cannot be prevented in advance. It is urgent to conduct the systematic research to provide the management basis and technical support. Through the comparison and selection of theoretical analysis methods, the finite element analysis is finally determined to use as the theoretical basis and analysis method. Through the regression analysis and other data analysis methods, the results and law are summarized, and the impact law of foundation pit construction on flood control wall is ultimately analyzed for use in embankment management.
