    摘要:

    基于杨高南路市政道路改建的工程属性,研究跨线桥工程桩方案,以达到工程工期短、施工影响小以及工程投资合理的综合效益。在对施工现场进行地质勘察的基础上,根据不同跨度桥梁范围的竖向荷载情况,以合理承载力确定不同类型桩基方案。正式施工前采取了不同类型桩基的试桩施工,采集了相关的施工控制数据,对选择方案的理论承载力等设计条件进行了验证。钢管桩方案确立后,为保障钢管桩桩基的施工质量,因地制宜采用了导向架的技术措施,提高了钢管桩的安装精度,同时加快了施工进度。从综合研究方案到方案执行、施工完成,从设计到施工全过程,确保了方案确立时的初衷和愿景。既可以把本案例中的钢管桩施工控制作为类似施工工况与工艺的参考,也可以将其作为设计、投资、施工等各方面比较成功的综合运用案例。

    Abstract:

    Based on the engineering property of South Yanggao Road as the municipal road reconstruction, the engineering pile scheme of flyover is studied in order to reach the comprehensive benefits of short engineering duration, minimal construction impact and reasonable engineering investment. On the basis of the geotechnical investigation at the construction site, the different types of pile foundation schemes are determined by reasonable bearing capacity according to the vertical load conditions in different bridge span ranges. Before the official construction, the test piling of different types of pile foundation is carried out to collect the relevant construction control data. The design conditions such as the theoretical bearing capacity of the selected scheme are verified. After the steel pipe pile scheme is established, in order to ensure the construction quality of the steel pipe pile foundation, the technical measures of guide frame according to the local conditions are taken to improve the installation accuracy of steel pipe piles and to speed up the construction progress. In the whole process from the comprehensive research scheme to the scheme implementation and construction completion, from the design and construction, the original intention and vision of the solution are ensured. In addition to serving as a reference for similar construction conditions and processes in steel pipe pile construction control, this case can also be considered as a successful comprehensive application case in terms of design, investment, and construction.
