广州南沙新区横沥岛尖地下环路及公共地下空间工程总体方案设计

Overall Scheme Design of Underground Loop and Public Underground Space Project on Hengli Island in Nansha New District, Guangzhou

摘要:

地下空间资源的合理开发和利用是缓解中心城区用地紧张、改善城市交通拥堵、环境恶化等问题的有效途径。地下空间互通互联整合开发建设已成为地下空间开发建设的主要发展趋势。以广州南沙新区明珠湾区起步区二期（横沥岛尖）土地开发项目-地下环路及公共地下空间工程项目为例，介绍了项目中地下空间和地下环路的主要设计理念、总体设计思路及具体的工程设计方案，明确了地下空间互通互联整合开发设计的重点内容和需要考虑的关键要点，相关经验可为国内同类型地下空间整合开发建设提供一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

Reasonable development and utilization of underground space resources are effective ways to alleviate the issues such as land shortage in central urban areas, improving urban traffic congestion and environmental degradation. The integrated development and construction of interconnected underground spaces have become a major trend in underground space development and construction. Taking the Mingzhu Bay Area Phase II (Hengli Island Tip) Land Development Project in Nansha New District in Guangzhou - the underground loop and public underground space project as an example, the main design concepts, overall design ideas and specific engineering design scheme for the underground space and underground loop of the project are introduced. The key essentials in the important contents and considerations for integrated development and design of underground spaces are defined. The relevant experiences can provide some guiding significance for the integrated development and construction of the similar underground spaces in China.
