Abstract:In view of the complex and varied water network and topography of small watershed, and the variety of water conservancy projects involved, it is necessary to explore a global analysis model able to consider the multiple factors. Therefore, taking the Siantang small watershed renovation project covering both mountainous and plain areas as an example, the generalized river network model of Si'antang basin is constructed. And the model is calibrated by flood peak modulus and flood level. On the basis of generalized river network model, a set of "reservoir - pumping station - bridge - river" joint scheduling optimization model is put forward. The genetic algorithm is used to search the optimal overflowing scheme able to meet the planning requirements of the watershed. Finally, combined with the present situations of river and surroundings, the relative regulating measures of the watershed are clarified. Through investigation, the project has achieved the good flood control and drainage benefits and social benefits in the design level year, which provides a reference for small watershed regulating projects.
