Abstract:In order to manufacture of super-large complex multi-curved bridge pylon crossbeams for the main pylon of the Nanjing Xianxin Road Crossing-river Channel Project, a series of key process technologies are studied, including comparison of different segmented schemes, precision control technology for plate unit manufacture, integral assembly technology for segments, process measurement technology, and hoisting and storage scheme design. The advanced computer-aided design software is mainly used for detailed design simulation, the anti-deformation ship position welding robot system is used to carried out the high-quality welding, and three-dimensional laser high-precision process monitoring is used to finally achieve the manufacture the complex multi-curved thin-plate bridge pylon crossbeams, which accumulates certain experience in the steel structure manufacture of special-shaped bridge, and also provides the new ideas and directions for the development and innovation of future special-shaped bridge manufacturing technology.
