Abstract:With the increasing number of road reconstruction and extension projects, the treatment method of old road subgrade materials has become a key link in energy conservation, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and ecological environment improvement. In this context, the technology of on-site water stabilization and regeneration will be comprehensively promoted and applied to the construction of road reconstruction and extension projects by using a fully mechanized construction process of integrated crushing, separation and mixing plus with all kinds of transportation, paving and rolling professional equipment. By demonstrating the differences between the different mix proportions of old materials, cement and mineral powder in the experimental sections, the most suitable dosage, ratio, crushing, mixing, paving, rolling time, rolling times and equipment are finally selected, which practically reach the goal to improve the quality of road construction, simplify the construction processes, shorten the construction periods and save the construction costs.
