    摘要:

    北横通道工程位于上海市区中心区域,城市界面繁华复杂,因设置车辆出入匝道,建设过程中盾构工作井数量多、间距短,采用传统的小直径盾构过站方式对社会交通影响大、耗时长、成本高。北横通道大直径盾构隧道工程探索采用拼装临时管片推进的盾构机整体式过站施工工艺,实现安全快速过站,基于北横通道VIII标段工程,详细介绍施工工艺流程,给出工程的施工工艺和重难点,为同类工程施工提供技术参考。

    Abstract:

    The Beiheng Passageway Project is located in the central urban area of Shanghai. The city interface is flourishing and complex. Due to the installation of vehicle in-out ramps, there are many shield working shafts with the short spacing during the construction. The traditional method of small-diameter shield tunneling has the large influence with the long time consuming and high cost. The integral tunneling construction technology of shield machine for assembling the temporary segment tunneling is explored and used in the Beiheng Passageway Large Diameter Shield Tunneling Project in order to realize the safe and fast tunneling. Based on Beiheng Passageway VIII Bid Project, the construction technology process is introduced in detail. The construction process, the key and difficult points of the project are given. The technical references are provided for the construction of the similar projects.
