Abstract:In an external power supply renovation project in Beijing, the underpassing municipal road is constructed by pipe jacking method. To study the impact of external power supply pipe jacking underpassing on the safety of municipal roads and pipelines, the numerical simulation is conducted to analyze the deformation laws of municipal roads and pipelines caused by pipe jacking construction. And the numerical simulation test method is used to optimize the pushing pressure in order to reduce the disturbance to the stratum caused by pipe jacking construction, and then to reduce the deformation impact on municipal roads and underground pipelines, which ensures the safety of the underpassing project. The experimental results show that by optimizing the pushing pressure, the impact of underpassing project on road settlement is reduced by 40%, and the impact on pipeline deformation is reduced by 42%. The research results are of great significance for the safe construction of underpass jacking pipes and the normal operation of municipal roads and pipelines.
