    安徽某光伏产业园区污水处理厂设计规模为2万m3/d,污水处理厂进水以光伏废水为主,其水质具有难降解、含氟及盐浓度较高等特点。污水经前置高效沉淀池+水解酸化池预处理后,再经Bardenpho生物池进行二级生化处理,最后经后置高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池进行深度处理,出水经次氯酸钠消毒后达标排放。出水水质达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)准V类标准(出水COD≤40 mg/L,BOD5≤10 mg/L,TP≤0.4 mg/L,NH3-N≤5mg/L,TN≤10 mg/L,氟化物≤1.5 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L,粪大肠菌群数≤1000个/L)。从水质特点、处理工艺、主要构筑物设计参数及主要经济技术指标,介绍了光伏产业园区污水处理厂的设计特点。

    Abstract:

    The design scale of a sewage treatment plant in a photovoltaic industial park in Anhui province is 20 000 m3/d, and the sewage is mainly from photovoltaic enterprises in the park. Its water quality is difficult to degrede, containing fluorine and high salt concentration. The wastewater treatment process includes pretreatment, biochemical treatment and advanced treatmen. The pretreatment is high efficiency sedimentation + hydrolytic acidification tank, the biochemical treatment is Bardenpho biological tank, and the advanced treatment is high efficiency sedimentation+denitrification deep bed filter. The effluent is disinfected with sodium hypochlorite and discharged according to the standard. The effluent water is requierd to the quasi-V standard of the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard (GB 3838—2002)(Effluent COD≤40 mg/L, BOD5≤ 10 mg/L, TP≤0.4 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen ≤8 mg/L, TN≤10 mg/L, fluoride ≤2 mg/L, SS≤10 mg/L, fecal coliform number ≤1 000 /L). The treatment flow of the said process is introduced. Meanwhile, the design parameters of the main structures, and economic and technical indexes are pointed out.
