Abstract:Taking the platform slab reconstruction project of an urban rail transit station as an example, the practical application of physical quantity method in the cost analysis stage of urban rail transit reconstruction project is further discussed. The application process of physical quantity method is set forth in detail. The focuses are on the analysis of the details of the key construction methods and procedures in the overall lowering construction process of the platform slab. And combined with the theoretical calculation and field data collection, the use of labor, materials and machinery in the key sub-projects is further analyzed. Through this analysis, the purpose is to accurately determine the cost estimation index of the overall lowering project of the platform slab to ensure the accuracy of the estimation preparation.
