Abstract:With the continuous innovation of bridge engineering technology and the emergence of various types of bridges, construction techniques face increasingly complex and stringent requirements. Currently, to integrate functions such as urban railways and expressways, a common approach involves the construction of double-deck bridges, known as road-rail integrated bridges. In light of this, selecting a rational support structure design and an efficient construction process is crucial for the overall project schedule and economic benefits. This article, based on the construction support system for the large cantilever variable-section prestressed concrete cast-in-situ beams of the H-shaped piers in the Yongning Bridge project in Zhejiang. Through a thorough comparative analysis of existing beam construction processes, the final decision for this project is to adopt the "pin bar + steel pipe" support structure.
