苏州市无障碍环境建设体系的探析

Discussion and Analysis of Accessibility Environment Construction System in Suzhou

摘要:

无障碍环境建设是全面建设人文社会的重要指标，目前无障碍环境建设多侧重于点状空间和相关设施，缺乏对区域无障碍环境建设体系的研究和总结。在梳理现行有关无障碍设施设计标准及其执行情况的基础上，针对城市居住区、公共空间、各类建筑场地以及三者之间的无障碍设施的系统性，结合苏州无障碍环境建设实践，提出无障碍环境体系建设方案，促进无障碍环境高质量发展。

Abstract:

The construction of accessibility environment is an important indicator for the comprehensive construction of humanistic society. Currently, the construction of accessibility environment mainly focuses on point spaces and related facilities. There is no research and summary of the regional accessibility environment construction system. By sorting out the current design standards and implementation of accessibility facilities, aiming at the urban residential areas, public spaces and various building sites, and the systematic accessibility of facilities among the three, and combined with the accessibility environment construction practice in Suzhou, the construction scheme of accessibility environment system is proposed to promote the high-quality development of accessible environment.
