    摘要:

    桥梁作为城市道路网中的关键节点,除了承担着重要的交通功能,往往还兼有地标性建筑的作用,因此桥梁扩建工程往往受到众多控制因素的影响,路线的设计指标很难达到较高标准。如何将提升交通容量和景观品质完美结合,同时又能坚守交通安全的根本原则,成为城市桥梁改扩建工程方案评价的重要标准之一。结合昆仑桥工程实例,通过总体方案介绍和计算分析,综合考虑城市道路与公路对路线安全性评价的要求,对相邻路段运行速度的协调性、同一路段设计速度和运行速度的协调性、行车视距及弯道行驶的舒适性等指标和标准进行分析评价,确保了工程的安全可靠。

    Abstract:

    As a key node in the urban road network, bridges not only play an important role in transportation, but also often serve as landmark buildings. Therefore, the bridge extension projects are often affected by numerous control factors. The design indicators of the route are difficult to achieve the high standards. How to perfectly combine the improvement of traffic capacity and landscape quality and to abide by the fundamental principle of traffic safety become one of the important criteria for evaluating the schemes of urban bridge reconstruction and extension projects. Combined with Kunlun Bridge Project, the requirements of evaluating the route safety of urban road and highway are comprehensively considered through the introduction, calculation and analysis of overall schemes. The indexes and standards for the coordination of the running speed of the adjacent road, the coordination of the design speed and running speed in the same road section, the driving sight distance, and the comfort of cornering are analyzed and evaluated in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the project.
