Abstract:With the continuous development of economy and technology, the bridge construction, as a traditional labor-intensive type, urgently needs industrialization and industrial upgrading. The application of prefabricated assembly technology can greatly improve the automation degree and production efficiency of the bridge construction, but the overall formulation of corresponding specifications and standards lags behind the development of the existing technology. The content of relevant inspection and evaluation standards for prefabricated concrete bridges is not yet sound. By summarizing and analyzing the relevant standards for the inspection of prefabricated components of bridges in China, the differences in indicators among various standards are compared. The conclusion is that the current industrial and local standards for the size and appearance inspection of bridge prefabricated structures have become relatively systematic and complete. However, the further supplementary revisions are still needed for indicators such as steel bars, grouting sleeves and pipe piles that cannot be visually detected.
