Abstract:

The purpose is to study the practice and effect of collaborative management of MSBR process wastewater treatment construction projects. The basic principles and characteristics of MSBR process, and the concept of collaborative management are introduced. The importance of collaborative management in MSBR process wastewater treatment construction project is expounded. The application and practice of collaborative management in MSBR process wastewater treatment construction project are discussed in detail from the aspects of work goal determination, task decomposition, and key content of collaborative work in each link. Through the analysis of actual cases, the fuzzy analysis method is used to verify the feasibility and advantages of collaborative management in MSBR process wastewater treatment construction projects. Finally, the research results are summarized and the relevant contents that need to be paid attention to are pointed out.
