    摘要:

    松江枢纽集疏运系统方案基于“枢纽+”的城市中心功能定位,聚焦城市公共中心地区和铁路枢纽地区的建设发展特征,秉承着“站城融合”的发展理念,构筑契合上海西南门户、长三角重要节点城市的综合交通体系。以松江新城片区的交通发展为基本依据,采用传统的四步预测方法,进行道路规划年流量预测;结合松江枢纽的特点采用“腰部进站”的方式,统筹考虑快速集疏运系统及地面配套路网,以有效疏解枢纽客流、方便客运集散,同时完善区域路网。预期结果可有效推动“站城融合”,推进松江枢纽周边地区的开发,提升松江枢纽整体片区的发展水平,促进松江新城的社会经济发展。

    Abstract:

    The scheme of collection and distribution system in Songjiang Hub is based on the functional position of “hub+” urban center. Focusing on the construction and development characteristics of urban public center areas and railway hub areas, and adhering to the development concept of "station and city integration", an integrated transportation system is built to fit the southwest gateway of Shanghai and the important node cities in the Yangtze River Delta. Based on the development of transportation in the area of Songjiang New Town, the annual traffic flow of road planning is predicted by adopting the traditional four-step prediction method. Combined with the characteristics of the Songjiang Hub, the “waist arrival” method is adopted, and the rapid collection and distribution system and the ground supporting road network are comprehensively considered to effectively alleviate the passenger flow of the hub and facilitate the passenger traffic distribution. At the same time, the regional road network is improved. The expected result can effectively promote the “integration of station and city”, carry forward the development of the surrounding areas of the Songjiang Hub, enhance the development level of the whole area of the Songjiang Hub and promote the social and economic development of the Songjiang New Town.
