Abstract:In the construction of urban elevated roads, the prefabricated small box beams are widely applied. The form of bent cap is mainly rectangular or inverted T-shaped. The overall height of the structures is higher. To meet the requirements of the length of ramp interweaved section and clearance height under the bridge, the overall height of structure should be reduced. The prefabricated small box beam with the concealed bent cap is derived. Combined with a project case, the design methods, construction technology process and technology implementing details of the innovation scheme for the prefabricated small box beam bridge with the concealed bent cap are systematically expounded, and the core essentials and key technologies of its structural calculation are further discussed, which provides the feasible reference basis and practical guidance for the design of prefabricated small box beam bridge with the concealed bent cap.
