在城市高架建设中，预制小箱梁应用较为广泛，盖梁形式多以矩形或倒T型为主，结构整体高度较高。为了满足匝道交织段的长度及桥下净空的需求，降低结构整体高度，衍生出隐盖梁预制小箱梁。结合具体工程项目实例，系统阐述隐盖梁预制小箱梁桥的创新方案设计方法、施工工艺流程和技术实施细节，并深入探讨其结构计算的核心要点和关键技术，为隐盖梁预制小箱梁桥的设计提供切实可行的参考依据和实践指导。

Abstract:

In the construction of urban elevated roads, the prefabricated small box beams are widely applied. The form of bent cap is mainly rectangular or inverted T-shaped. The overall height of the structures is higher. To meet the requirements of the length of ramp interweaved section and clearance height under the bridge, the overall height of structure should be reduced. The prefabricated small box beam with the concealed bent cap is derived. Combined with a project case, the design methods, construction technology process and technology implementing details of the innovation scheme for the prefabricated small box beam bridge with the concealed bent cap are systematically expounded, and the core essentials and key technologies of its structural calculation are further discussed, which provides the feasible reference basis and practical guidance for the design of prefabricated small box beam bridge with the concealed bent cap.
