Abstract:The waste caused by straw waste to the environment and resources is increasingly severe. How to make it green has become a top priority in the engineering industry research. Selecting the corn straw grouting treatment materials as the research object, based on the statistical analysis of experimental data, and taking the curing age, freeze-thaw cycle times and corn straw dosage as control factors, the change law of mechanical and physical properties of grouting materials with different straw dosages under the coupling effect of multiple factors is summarized. The experimental results indicate that after adding corn straw, various properties of the grouting material are significantly improved. In practical engineering, for the roads with high traffic volume and urgent need for open traffic, the addition of straw dosage can achieve the better strength requirements. For the roads with sufficient repair cycles, the priority can be given to improve the curing age of material. The growth rate of material volume expansion is inversely proportional to the growth of the curing age. In engineering practice, the amount of straw added should be controlled at around 3%, which can not only achieve the maximum engineering effect, but also effectively utilize about 80 million tons of straw annually.
