    摘要:

    从城市高架桥预制盖梁轻量化需求出发,提出了基于钢结构剪力键和后浇混凝土剪力键两大类共4种连接构造的分片预应力混凝土盖梁构造形式,并分析了新型分片预制盖梁的技术优势。同时,重点针对采用高强螺栓连接键的预埋钢结构连接形式分片预制盖梁开展空间有限元受力分析,并与整体盖梁传力和变形进行对比,验证了该新型分片预制盖梁形式的连接可行性。新型顺向分片预制盖梁技术在保证盖梁整体性和耐久性的前提下能大幅减轻预制盖梁运输、吊装重量,在吊装架设过程中无需另设临时支架、施工快速便捷,同时兼备施工过程中的稳定性和结构耐久性,因而具有广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Based on the lightweight requirements of prefabricated bent cap for urban viaducts, a structural form of segmented prestressed concrete bent cap based on four types of connection structures in two types of steel structure shear keys and post-cast concrete shear keys is proposed, and the technical advantages of the new segmented prefabricated bent cap are analyzed. The spatial finite element force analysis is mainly carried out on the segmented prefabricated bent cap of the embedded steel structure connection form using high-strength bolt connection key. Compared with the force transmission and deformation of the overall bent cap, the connection feasibility of this new segmented prefabricated bent cap form is verified. Under the premise of ensuring the integrity and durability of the bent cap, the new forward segmented prefabricated bent cap technology can greatly reduce the transportation and hoisting weight of the prefabricated bent cap. There is no need to set up another temporary support in the hoisting and erection processes, the construction is fast and convenient, and it has both stability and structural durability in the construction process, so it has a broad application prospect.
