南方城镇污水处理提质增效策略研究——以广州市增城区为例

Research on Strategies for Improving Quality and Efficiency of Sewage Treatment in Southern Urban Areas of Guangzhou

摘要:

南方城市普遍存在污水处理效能较低、污水管道高水位运行、河涌黑臭等问题，而降雨量大、河网发达、地下水丰富使得城镇生活污水处理提质增效难度加大。以广州市增城区排水系统为例，结合城镇污水处理提质增效三年行动方案以及实现城市水环境长效改善的需求，以污水处理厂的纳污范围为系统单元，从源头到末端进行全线排查，梳理分析系统存在的问题，制定治理策略，建立工作台账。通过多项工程和非工程性措施的逐步实施，实现了提升污水处理效能的目标，为南方其他城镇污水处理提质增效提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

Southern cities generally face the problems such as low sewage treatment efficiency, high water level operation of sewage pipelines, and black and odorous river surges. However, the heavy rainfall, well-developed river networks and abundant groundwater make the improvement of the quality and efficiency of urban domestic sewage treatment more difficult. Taking the drainage system in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou as an example and combined with the three-year action plan for improving the quality and efficiency of urban sewage treatment, and the need to achieve the long-term improvement of urban water environment, taking the sewage collection scope of wastewater treatment plant as the system element, the problems existing in the system are completely checked, sorted out and analyzed from the source to the end. The treatment strategies are formulated, and the work ledger is built. Through the gradual implementation of multiple engineering and non-engineering measures, the goal of improving the sewage treatment efficiency has been achieved, which provides a reference for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment in the other southern towns.
