片区交通拥堵分析及解决策略探讨——以广州金沙洲片区为例

    摘要:

    在机动化水平快速发展的阶段,各大中型城市在快速发展的同时,也面临着与日俱增的交通拥堵压力。交通拥堵不仅增加了出行时间,也影响着城市交通功能的发挥与城市品质的提升,制约了居民的幸福感。以金沙洲片区为例,从规划层面、内外交通路网、交通拥堵点和公共交通设施四个方面对片区交通拥堵的原因进行了分析,并对交通拥堵的解决策略和缓解方法的实施次序进行了探讨,得出以下结论:缓解交通拥堵需规划先行、实施跟进;缓解交通拥堵需先易后难、先点后面;缓解交通拥堵需主次分清、内外结合。期望本次研究经验能为今后缓解片区交通拥堵的设计方案提供一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    In the stage of rapid development of motorization level, the medium-sized and large-sized cities are facing the increasing traffic congestion pressure while developing rapidly. The traffic congestion not only increases travel time, but also affects the play of urban traffic function, the improvement of urban quality and restricts the happiness of the residents. Taking Jinshazhou Area as an example, the causes of traffic congestion in the area are analyzed from four aspects of planning level, internal and external traffic networks, traffic black spot and public transportation facilities, and the implementation sequence of solving strategies and relief method of traffic congestion are discussed. The conclusion shows that the alleviation of traffic congestion should be planed first, and then implemented. The alleviation of traffic congestion must be easy first, and then difficult, spot first, and then area. The alleviation of traffic congestion should be the primary and secondary separation, the internal and external combination. The experience is expected to provide some reference value for the design scheme of alleviating the regional traffic congestion in the future.
