Abstract:Taking the 112 m long-span simple-supported double-layer steel truss bridge combined with a 135m diameter ferris wheel as an example, the characteristics of the steel truss bridge and its advantages in urban landscape bridge construction are introduced. In addition, the structural layout, member bars and node forms, bridge deck and ancillary structures, bridge abutments and foundations, ferris wheel structure, seismic structure and other design essentials of the steel truss bridge are introduced. The finite element software Midas Civil is used to analyze the structural stress performance of the steel truss bridge, including strength and deformation. The calculation results show that the bridge design is reasonable. The design concept, calculation analysis, and construction method of this long-span simple-supported double-layer steel truss bridge can provide technical reference for the design of similar steel truss bridges.
