Abstract:Compared to the traditional bolted segments, the socket segments have made significant progress in structural safety and assembly technology, and also have the requirements of higher accuracy for segments and connectors. In order to ensure that the accuracy requirements of the socket segment are met, the accuracy analysis is conducted on the 3D laser detection data of the finished product. At the same time, the production and manufacturing processes of the socket segment and connecting parts are sorted out to optimize and control the links with high accuracy requirements. Taking the Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Sewage Collection System crossing the Jiajiang River as the engineering background, the key links of accuracy control within the complete period of segment manufacture are analyzed and the specific optimization control schemes are proposed.
