摘要:

为满足临沂市区域内随交通量逐年增加引发的内在需求，缓解交通压力，保证出行质量和高服务水平，加强临沂市各区域之间的快速交通联系，在此新建西中环-大山路枢纽型全互通立交，以保证直行主交通流的快速顺畅，并提高转向交通的通行能力及服务水平。在确保交通功能完整的基础上，加强景观建设、提升城市品质。本工程实施的立交改造为日后同类工程提供了全新的方案参考。

Abstract:

In order to meet the inherent requirements of the increasing traffic volume in the region year by year, ease the traffic pressure, ensure the driving quality and high service level, and strengthen the rapid traffic links among the regions of Linyi City, the West Middle Ring - Dashan Road Interchange is newly built to ensure the fast and smooth traffic flow of the main straight line, and improve the turning traffic capacity and service level. On the basis of ensuring the complete traffic function, the landscape construction is strengthened and the urban quality is upgraded. The interchange reconstruction implemented in the project provides a fire-new reference for the similar projects in the future.
