    以上海某独柱墩加固项目为研究背景,探讨了独柱墩桥梁倾覆机理,对新增钢盖梁、抗拔销、新增立柱等独柱墩加固方法进行了对比分析,对既有独柱墩桥梁的加固提出加固意见。结果表明:钢盖梁、抗拔销、钢(混凝土)立柱等加固方法,均适用于独柱墩桥梁的加固;综合考虑经济性、施工、养护等因素,建议优先采用混凝土立柱加固的方法,对于墩高高于12 m或处于水中的墩柱,建议采用钢盖梁加固;对于小半径独柱墩桥梁(拟合半径小于60 m),中墩加固后,边墩支座仍有负反力(小于500 kN)不满足抗倾覆要求,可以采用抗拔销作为辅助加固措施。

    Abstract:

    Taking a single column pier reinforcement project in Shanghai as the research background, this paper explores the overturning mechanism of single column pier bridges, compares and analyzes the reinforcement methods of single column piers such as adding steel cap beams, anti pull pins, and adding columns, and proposes reinforcement suggestions for existing single column pier bridges. The results show that reinforcement methods such as steel cap beams, anti pull pins, and steel (concrete) columns are all applicable to the reinforcement of single column pier bridges; Taking into account factors such as economy, construction, and maintenance, it is recommended to prioritize the use of concrete column reinforcement. For pier columns with a height higher than 12 m or in water, it is recommended to use steel cap beams for reinforcement; For small radius single column pier bridges (fitting radius less than 60 m), after the middle pier is reinforced, there is still a negative reaction force (<50 t) on the side pier support, which does not meet the anti overturning requirements. Anti pull pins can be used as auxiliary reinforcement measures.
