    摘要:

    小箱梁式隐式盖梁设计因为取消了盖梁,在施工过程中要使用临时支架将小箱梁支撑到浇筑位置,因此在桥跨结构施工完成之前,所有上部结构的重量都需要通过临时支架结构来承担。基于浙江宁波环城南路西延工程,针对施工过程中地基承载力差、主梁重量大和盖梁跨径大的问题,通过不同临时支架体系的方案比选,研发了适用于软土地基小箱梁式隐式盖梁施工的临时支架体系。该体系在快速路既有承台间上设置临时支架,支架主体为可回收利用的钢结构,在施工周期与工程造价方面有较大优势。该体系在满足有效、安全、可靠的建设要求的基础上,能够有效控制施工区域的沉降,控制整体结构不均匀沉降的同时降低总沉降量。

    Abstract:

    In the design of small box beam hidden bent cap, the temporary brackets are used to support the small box beam to the pouring position during construction because the bent cap is removed. Therefore, before the completion of the construction of the bridge span structure, the weight of all superstructures needs to be borne by the temporary bracket structure. Based on the Zhejiang Province Ningbo South Ring Road West Extension Project, aiming at the problems of poor foundation bearing capacity, heavy girder weight and long bent cap span in the process of construction, a temporary bracket system suitable for the construction of small box beam hidden bent cap in soft soil foundation has been developed through the comparison of different temporary bracket systems. The temporary bracket is installed between the existing base slabs on the expressway in this system. The main body of the bracket is a recyclable steel structure. There are significant advantages in construction period and engineering cost. On the basis of meeting the requirements of effective, safe and reliable construction, this system can effectively control the settlement of the construction area, control the uneven settlement of the overall structure, and reduce the total settlement.
