    摘要:

    根据化子闸泵站施工现场的实测温度资料,基于大体积混凝土结构温度场有限元精细仿真分析模型与遗传优化算法对泵站泵送混凝土的热学参数进行反演分析,得到混凝土热学特性参数;然后以实际施工情况对全计算域进行反馈分析。结果表明,计算值和实测值比较接近,很好地反映了施工期混凝土实际的温度变化过程,可指导实际施工。化子闸泵站工程的温控防裂措施起到了预期的防裂作用,达到了较好的防裂效果。

    Abstract:

    Based on the measured temperature date in the construction site of Huazizha Pumping Station, the thermal parameters of pumping station to pump the concrete are inversely analyzed by the finite element fine simulation analysis model of temperature field of mass concrete structure and the genetic optimization algorithm to obtain the thermal characteristic parameters of concrete. And then the feedback analysis on the whole calculation domain is carried out according to the actual construction situation. The result shows that the calculation value is closer to the measured value, which reflects the actual temperature change process of concrete during construction period better so as to guide the practical construction. The temperature control and crack prevention measures of Huazizha Pumping Station Project have played the expected anti-cracking role and achieved a good anti-cracking effect.
