    摘要:

    上海地区的堤防大多位于软土地区,黄浦江防汛墙受地质条件、水文条件、气候条件及人为因素等多方面影响,存在结构失稳的安全风险。这种多源致险机制也使得安全风险识别及管理具有诸多挑战。近几年也有发生了多起防汛墙失稳事件耗费了大量的人力物力,给堤防日常管理工作增加了不小的难度。多波束测量技术作为一种目前较先进的测量手段,可以为桥梁墩、台及上下游防汛墙冲刷研究提供直观的数据分析,随着该技术方法的普及,在防汛墙安全性风险监测识别方面可为高风险防汛墙日常安全管理提供有效的技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    Most of the embankments in Shanghai are located in soft soil areas. The flood control wall of Huangpu River is affected by geological conditions, hydrological conditions, climatic conditions and human factors, which has the safety risk of structural instability. This multi-source risk mechanism also makes the identification and management of security risks have many challenges. In recent years, there have been many incidents of instability of flood control walls, which have consumed a lot of manpower and material resources, and added the considerable difficulty to the daily management of embankments. The multi-beam measurement technology, as a relatively advanced measurement method at present, can provide the intuitive data analysis for the erosion study of bridge piers, abutments and upstream and downstream flood control walls. With the popularization of this technical method, it can provide the effective technical support for the daily safety management of high-risk flood control walls in the monitoring and identification of flood control wall safety risks.
