Abstract:As two similar large-scale bridge, island and tunnel combined cross-sea channel projects, the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Passage are composed of a consortium of Chinese and foreign teams for all-round, whole-process design and construction consultation. Team members overcame the difficulties, learned from each other, and provide the professional suggestions for the construction of the two projects during the consultation process, which jointly write a new chapter in cross-sea construction. By reviewing the process and contents of consultation work, the differences and similarities between the two super projects are explained from the consulting perspective.
