    摘要:

    广州市西江引水工程主干管主要采用2根DN3600 PCCP管并行敷设,局部穿越障碍物或与附属设施连接处为钢管。通水运行一段时间后,敷设于某鱼塘边坡内的PCCP管与钢管接口处发生渗漏水。根据漏水点管道破损程度、周边环境、地质条件及施工可行性,首先采用填料封堵缝隙并内衬钢套箍的方法进行接口加固修复,其后采用袖阀管注浆对该段鱼塘边坡进行永久加固。根据项目实施情况,详细介绍了其接口抢修及边坡加固的设计方案与施工过程,为类似项目工程提供借鉴参考。

    Abstract:

    The main pipe of Xijiang Water Diversion Project in Guangzhou is mainly laid in parallel with two DN3600 PCCP pipes. Local crossing obstacles or connections with ancillary facilities are steel pipes. After running for a period of time, the water leakage is occurred at the junction between PCCP pipe and steel pipe laid in the slope of a fish pond. According to the damage degree of leakage point pipeline, surrounding environment, geological conditions and construction feasibility, firstly, the junction is reinforced and repaired by using the packing to block off the cracks and lining the steel hoop, and then the sleeve valve pipe grouting is used to reinforce the fish pond slope permanently. Based on the project implementation, the design scheme and the construction process of the junction emergency repair and slope reinforcement are introduced in detail, which provides the reference for the construction of the similar projects.
