    摘要:

    近年来,随着国家积极发展预制装配式建筑,全预制小箱梁+预制拼装大悬臂倒T盖梁+预制拼装立柱的全预制拼装方案在城市高架桥梁建设中的得到了广泛应用。由于盖梁一般体量较大,其合理设计和施工通常成为全预制拼装方案的关键。结合呼和浩特市昭乌达路哲里木路改造提升工程,介绍预制拼装大悬臂倒T盖梁的设计、计算及施工,可为同类型工程设计和施工提供借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    Various infrastructures and building structures are distributed under the urban roads. These structures form a complex urban underground space environment. As an important infrastructure, the urban bridge foundations also participate in the underground space environment. The design and construction of bridge foundations will be affected by nearby structures underground. Combined with the Xian Fengcheng 8th Road-Taihua Road Interchange Project, the special structural design and foundation treatment measures for bridge foundations to avoid underground structures such as subways and drainage mains are discussed. The measures include the design of prestressed irregular base slab, the reinforcement design of jet grouting pile foundation and the installation of permanent pile foundation steel casings are taken. After research and analysis, the above measures can effectively solve the design problems of the lower foundation of the bridge, which not only saves the engineering costs, but also has a certain degree of innovation. After constructed, the project operates well and achieves good social and economic benefits.
