    摘要:

    针对大体积混凝土温湿耦合损伤特性及其风险评价问题,依托上海某超大型污水处理厂工程,根据现场试验数据,研究了大体积混凝土结构内部温湿度空间分布及其时变规律;结合文献调查,探讨了多场耦合条件下混凝土在养护过程中水化度、抗拉强度、弹性模量等计算方法的工程适用性以及参数的合理取值,并对养护期混凝土结构损伤风险进行了定量评价。研究结果对大体积混凝土结构工程的抗裂防渗状态和质量评价具有借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of temperature and humidity coupling damage characteristics and risk assessment of mass concrete, relying on a ultra-large wastewater treatment plant project in Shanghai, and based on the field test data, the spatial distribution and time-varying rules of temperature and humidity in mass concrete structures are studied. Combined with the literature search, the engineering applicability of calculating methods such as hydration degree, tensile strength and elastic modulus of concrete during curing under the multi-field coupling conditions and the reasonable values of parameters are discussed, and the damage risk of concrete structures during curing is quantitatively evaluated. The research results have the reference significance for the evaluation of the state and quality of crack and seepage resistance of mass concrete structure engineering.
