三亚市崖州区盐灶河综合治理工程导流挡沙堤设计研究

Design and Research on Diversion and Sand Embankment of Yanzao River Comprehensive Treatment Project in Yazhou District, Sanya City

摘要:

三亚市崖州区盐灶河河道存在污染物超标、河岸大堤标高不达标、陆域侧缓冲带植被群落防护结构不完整、两岸红树林生长缺乏层次感等问题。为落实水污染防治目标，进行了截污控源工程、河道疏浚工程、河道堤防工程、河口建筑物工程、景观工程、涵闸工程等。其中河口建筑物工程主要为入海口导流挡沙堤的建设。通过对比分析导流挡沙堤的规模和布设方式后，确定了较为合理的工程方案，所设计的导流挡沙堤断面对防止入海口产生淤积，改善地区水环境，保障地区水安全起到了积极作用。

Abstract:

In Yanzao River in Yazhou District of Sanya City, there are some problems such as excessive pollutants, substandard embankment elevation, incomplete vegetation community protection structure in buffer zone on land side, and lack of hierarchical mangrove growth on both sides. In order to implement the water pollution treatment, the pollution interception and source control project, the river dredging project, the river levee project, the estuary building project, the landscape projects and the sluice gate project are carried out, in which the construction of estuary building project is mainly for the diversion and sand embankment of the estuary. By comparing and analyzing the scale and layout of the diversion and sand embankment, a more reasonable engineering scheme is determined. The section of designed diversion and sand embankment has played a positive role in preventing the siltation of the estuary, improving the regional water environment and ensuring the regional water security.
