Abstract:Taking the entrance and exit blockage reconstruction project of Fenzhongsiqiao Area and Shuangjingqiao Area in Ring III Expressway of Beijing as an example, the effect of reconstructing the entrance and exit of ring road from"first in and then out" to "first out and then in" to alleviate the road congestion is studied. By analyzing the traffic operation before and after the project reconstruction, it is concluded that after the adjustment of entrance and exit mode, the interweaving of motored vehicles on the main road is reduced, and the problem of node congestion is solved, which provides an important reference for the design of expressway entrance and exit forms.
